Joshua Poddoku is an Open Source Technology Evangelist working across DevRel, go-to-market and community governance. An Apache committer, he helped grow a Series A devtool community from 100 to over 400 members, and its project stars from zero to over 3,000. He created Community Signals and the Contributor Ladder.
Long, about 120 words
Joshua Poddoku is an Open Source Technology Evangelist with seven years of remote work across DevRel, go-to-market and community governance. He is an Apache committer on an engineering intelligence project. At a Series A devtool company, he helped grow the community from 100 to over 400 members across more than 100 enterprise teams, and its project stars from zero to over 3,000. He started two local Open Source meetups in India, co-authored Handbook for Founders: The Power of Genuine Users, and has spoken at GDG DevFest, Microsoft Reactor, FOSS United and Open Source India, where he served as Track Chair. He created Community Signals and the Contributor Ladder, and helps Open Source teams turn conversations into contributors.
