Beware of Hackers and Parasites – Not in Tech or Your Body. It’s Even Bigger.

Disclaimer: This is not hate speech or intended to plant bitterness. It is strictly for responsible future citizens to exercise the need to demand accountability and seek intelligent discussions with an open mind that contribute to human progress.
Let’s define a parasite…
This comes from the Greek word “parasitos”, meaning “one who eats at the table of others”. “Para” means “beside” and “sitos” means “food, wheat”. This can simply be reduced to one who eats your progress, your fruit, your business, your economy. This results in causing debt, destruction, and even the death of organisations today.
That’s what we’re talking about. Not the parasites in your human body, but these are of a different kind who operate secretly, posing as victims while actually being predators.
These are everywhere today – from small teams to big communities and organisations (of course it’s easy for them to hide there). This isn’t a personal issue but a systematic flaw which allows these entities to hack into your own system and then empowers them to continue their agenda.
These are hard to find and understand unless you open your heart and mind and thoroughly investigate.
The common areas to investigate are:
“These entities seek powerful places.” Yes, it all happens in closed boardrooms rather than a regular 9–5 workplace.
“They put guilt on your potential.” What does this mean? The insecurity in their own inability is the root cause of bringing hideous ideas and views that suppress young energy.
“They act like a disciple in front of the shepherd.” These people continue malicious activities the moment the shepherd turns away from the sheep – just like an evil friend who backbites when no one is looking.
“Vanity is their rescue.” They show progress that is hiding under the numbers or simply keep others busy with unproductive work and use it as their own portfolio.
How do they even hack, and what’s the fix?
They have learned the system over and over again. This allows parasites to master the operations of your organisation. Just like the human body – your organisation is also a body. Just like diseases enter when your human body is inactive or lacking vitamins, these parasites learn the weaknesses and patterns to plot their own game.
Change has to be done more often in this modern world that progresses overnight. We hear about instability everywhere. This happens as a result of what I call “accumulated parasitic activity” inside any system. You need to bring new ideas, reformed systems, and effective monitoring that breaks their patterns and makes them powerless.
This is the modern-day problem and it needs immediate attention, because we ought to be producing results and testing every aspect of our day. That should be our nature.
